Donald Wayne Riegle Jr.
Don Riegle, former United States senator, serves as chairman of APCO Worldwide’s government relations team and helps develop and direct client strategy for governments, companies, associations and various nongovernmental organizations. Anvar Abdraev
Mr. Anvar Abdrayev was born in 1957. In 1980 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Management of Orgonikidze specializing in economic cybernetics. After the graduation he remained in the Institute to be a tutor, and then he entered a post graduate course and received his Ph.D. in 1984. In 1985 he came back to Kyrgyzstan and taught at the Kyrgyz State University, and later became a Head of Economic department and a deputy Dean.
His business career in banking started in 1992. Mr. Abdrayev worked in the following banks: JSC “Kyrgyzstan” as a Head of Department, “Hanfan Ltd.”, Hong Kong international bank, where he held a position of Deputy Director General. Later he moved to Kyrgyzvnesheconombank to become a Deputy Chairman. Then he became a CEO of the branch of the Russian Bank “Russki Kredit” and later CEO of “Ecobank”. Having gained exceptional expertise in banking, he then became a Director General of the “Financial Company Supporting Credit Unions”, CEO of the “KyrgyzCredit Bank” and in parallel a
Chairman of the Observation board of the Banking Union of Kyrgyzstan.
At present he is a President of the Banking Union of Kyrgyzstan. In 2004 he was awarded an Honorary Diploma of the Kyrgyz Republic. Married, has three children.

Martin Th. Born
Martin Th. Born was born in Switzerland in 1950. Upon graduation of several education programs in University of Geneva, Stanford University, California and Sophia University in Tokyo, he joined Kuoni Travel S.A., Zurich as a tour director with worldwide responsibility at Headquarter and country operational level. Later, in 1978, he moved to work in World Economic Forum in Geneva, Davos Symposium, as a Director, then as a Member of the Executive Board, Managing Director, World Link and finally Director, Administration and Finance. Soon afterwards he moved further to join The Telemundi Group in Monaco as a Managing Director and soon Telemundi AG/ Group Vice President. In 1992 he accepted an invitation from The European Bank For Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London, where he was appointed the head Conference Planning, worldwide – Office of the Secretary General, reporting to the President, but then moved to the journalism area to
join EUROMONEY PUBLICATIONS Plc in London to work in the Cross-border business to business publishing and information provision (Euromoney, Institutional Investor, Euroweek, Asiamoney, etc.), books, events, conferences, training services and electronic information to a position of a Director, Russia, CIS, Central & Eastern Europe, and to head Global Agenda, the Magazine of the World Economic Forum in Geneva, which is the official publication of the Davos World Economic Forum. Alexey Mamontov
Alexey Mamontov was born in 1953 in Irkutsk. Following graduation with honors from the Moscow State University of Lomonosov (Faculty of Economics) with specialization in economies of foreign countries, he worked as a chief of a brokerage company in the Russian Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange and Moscow Commodity Exchange.
In 1992-1999 he was a top manager and deputy director general of Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange.
From 1999 to 2003 Mr. Mamontov was a vice president of Moscow Stock Exchange. There he built an algorithm of trades of foreign currency for Russian rubles in single fund position in security trades.
Since 1999 Mr. Mamontov is a President of Moscow International Currency Association.

Mikhail Anatolyevich Nadel has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the OJSC AsiaUniversalBank in 2000. His experience in the financial and banking business constitutes over 10 years. M. Nadel has been the Director of “Intel Kit Kft” company, Budapest, since 1997.
